Character Name: Alexandria Thyme. (Her first name means "protector of man.")
Gender:Female
Age: 17
Alliance: Chaotic Neutral
Type: Meister
Partner: None ATM.
and you see the things they never see
ALL YOU WANTED I COULD BE
ALL YOU WANTED I COULD BE
Appearance: Alexandria is tall and thin, the type of stick thin that makes designers want to drape her with fabrics of every color. If they tried, though, she would punch them in the face. Alex is suprisingly tough for her build. She goes running through the city every morning to keep herself fit for when she finally finds that partner. Her hair is about shoulder-length long, and she dyed it a light pink from her natural dishwasher blond. She used to wear blue contacts to hide her brown eyes, but has stopped doing that since she began going to the DWMA, when a boy told her that her eyes were prettier without the purely cosmetic lenses.
Alex's style is girly but functional. She pulls her hair back in a ponytail, slips on her favorite denim skirt and bright-colored tank top and cardigan most days. She's not very good at walking in heels and so she wears a sparkly silver pair of converse most days. You'll never see her without her black fingerless gloves outside of her apartment. She has a long, ugly scar on her left hand that she doesn't like people to notice.
they can't tell me who to be
'CAUSE I'M NOT WHAT THEY SEE
'CAUSE I'M NOT WHAT THEY SEE
Personality:Alex is a firecracker of a girl. You offend her, she will insult you right back - kick you in the metaphorical balls, if you will. She doesn't resort to physical violence much, but if someone starts a fight, she won't hesitate to beat your ass. She is protective of the people she cares for, and it doesn't take much to make her care. This is both a virtue and a curse for her - she has been taken advantage of in the past, but she can't help it. She gets stuck in the middle of a lot of fights between friends, and is expected to be the mediator.
Alex does strongly believe in her own causes. She will go against a friend if it means doing what she believes in. She thinks that everyone should be equal, whether they be weapon, meister, or just normal human. The witches' equality lies in a corner of her head - she does think it should happen someday, but they've done so much wrong in the past, and she knows that nobody would agree with her. Other things that draw her attention are things like gender equality, the obesity epidemic, and the falling intelligence of Americans.
When it comes to school, Alex can be smart, but she doesn't like to put in much effort. She'll pass a test with a low B without studying much. She's not at the top of her class, not even close. When it comes to PE, she's quite the athlete. She prefers good old fashoned dodge ball over anything, though. In elementary school, her class took first place in the school tournament. That year was one of the best years of her life.
Likes: Animals, the color pink, dodge ball, running, snowboarding, feminism, history class, butterflies, and sharp objects.
Dislikes: Bullies, prejudice, being sick, stupidity, laziness.
Fears: She does have a slight bit of xenophobia - the fear of strangers the unknown.
Goals: To get an amazing partner, end all prejudice, stupidity, and laziness, and secretly, to be more girly and honest, and to be married to an amazing guy.
Strengths: Athleticism, passion.
Weaknesses: street smarts, passion.
Quirks/Habits: Alex will rub her scar when she's nervous.
how can the world want me to change
THEY'RE THE ONES THAT STAY THE SAME
THEY'RE THE ONES THAT STAY THE SAME
Family Members: Mom - Bella, Dad - Wesley, Cousin and Adopted Sister - Lucky
History:
On her mother's side of the family, Alex has a long bloodline of meisters. None of them were ever famous or made a death scythe, but for her, it is something to be proud of. Her mother chose to quit hunting kishin eggs when she met Wesley, a normal, every day guy. Her sister, Isadora, died battling a witch, and Isadora's husband killed himself shortly afterward. The couple left behind a six-year-old girl, frightened and timid. She was the one who found Daddy hanging from a Magnolia tree at their family home in Georgia. Lucky was taken in by Alex's parents.
Alex eventually coaxed Lucky out of her shell, and the two became fast friends. They even, at the age of twelve, had a crazy idea to perform a blood sisters ceremony, slicing open their palms and clasping hands. Lucky turned out to be a chain saw, and was sent to Shibusen before Alex could hone her talents enough to come along.
Now, Alex is at Shibusen, and Lucky already has a partner, so Alex must find her own. In the meantime, she'll have to just deal with the Nevada heat, even though she's used to the Montana Rockies.

Post Example:"Morning, Lexi, Ryan!"
Sasha waved at a pair of students she vaguely knew from her English class the year before. It was hard to believe that she was alreay a senior, but that was how it went. She only had one year left of school in Salida, and then she could leave. She glanced down at her new scheduale - first period, US Government. Ew. She'd rather go swimming, like she had yesterday. And the day before. And the day before that...
Sasha adjusted the clip that held back her long hair. She had put thought into her outfit this morning, since she always liked to make a good impression on the others. Her jeans were reasonably distressed - she had purchased them that way - and she wore a new top she had bought when Mama Erika paid her for watching the shop over the summer. Sasha resisted the temptation to take her deck out of her bag and start shuffling. She overheard a girl talking about dreams, and approached her. Maybe she could start conversation.
"Hey, I've seen you on the basketball court. It's..."
Sasha thought for a moment, trying to recall the girl's name.
"Amai Arlette, right? You know that dreams are not nesecarrily prophetic. They usually indicate something that's happening in your life at the moment. My godmother had to bang that into my head when I kept having nightmares about dancing and all of a sudden a light fell on me. I was scared to go to ballet class for weeks, I thought I would die. It was symbollic of stage fright, apparentlyy."
Okay, she didn't usually tell people that kind of stuff, but never mind. She sort of kind of knew this girl, so whatever. She felt she could trust her.
